    We made press releases on “Realization of low-resistance ultra-fine copper lines using inkjet technology”. Achievements are as follows:
    – Copper-based inkjet ink was developed with nanoparticle production technology
    – Copper lines with a line width of 5 µm were fabricated with ultra-fine inkjet technology
    – Copper lines with a specific resistance of 8.1 µΩ•cm were fabricated with reduction technology under ultra-low oxygen partial pressure.
