什麽是超級噴塗

這是由產業技術綜合研究所的奈米技術研究部門開發的超級噴墨技術,與現在市販的家庭用噴墨印表機中使用的噴頭所能夠吐出的液滴尺寸相比,吐出的超微細液滴大約可達到1/10以下(體積為1/1000以下)。另外,對應粘度的範圍為0.5~1萬mPa・s ,實現了傳統的噴塗技術無法實現的高粘度非加熱吐出。因此取得了Ag和Au等奈米墨水和絕緣性墨水、各種抗蝕劑、粘合劑、蛋白質等廣泛的液體類的吐出實績。

立體結構形成

由於超微細液滴的乾燥性非常高,因此在液體狀態下吐出的液滴很快就會乾燥。因此通過使其著落在同一位置,就可以形成立體的堆疊結構。
